Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel and find your invoices, all from the Billing page.
Everything to do with your plan lives on the Billing page in your account. Here's how to make the common changes.
Find your billing settings
Open your account menu and go to Billing. From there you can see your current plan, your credit balance, and your payment and invoice history in one place.
Upgrade or change your plan
Want more credits each month, or a different mix?
- On the Billing page, choose the plan you'd like to move to.
- Confirm the change, and your new allowance applies from the next cycle (upgrades often take effect right away).
- Your credit balance updates so you can keep creating without interruption.
Buy extra credits any time
You don't have to change your whole plan to top up. Buy a one-off video, a 15s reel, a 30s spot or a 60s film, straight from the Billing page. It's added to your balance immediately and shows up in the reel wizard.
Cancel your subscription
Plans are not locked in. To stop a monthly plan:
- Go to Billing and choose to cancel your subscription.
- You'll keep access and any remaining credits through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You won't be charged again after that.
You can come back and resubscribe whenever you like.
Update your payment method
Need to change the card on file? You can update your payment details on the Billing page. This is also where to go if a renewal payment didn't go through, just update the card and your plan continues.
Find your invoices and receipts
Your billing history and downloadable invoices are available on the Billing page too. Use them for your records, expenses or accounting.
